Terms, Conditions, and Liability

The information, materials, and videos provided by MedMasters do not constitute the comprehensive training necessary to determine competency and complete understanding of the material. We strongly recommend live, guided instruction with our certified trainers and a passed exam to complete all stages of training.

If you choose not to receive live, guided instruction, you are proceeding outside MedMasters’ training recommendations for these therapies. These materials and videos are intended for educational purposes only. As a provider or clinical office, how you implement the information from these materials and videos in your practice is entirely at your discretion and under your medical license and responsibility to your patients.

Potential Risks with Ozone/UV and IV Therapies

Ozone/UV and IV treatments may result in side effects associated with but not limited to:

  1. conventional venipuncture with IV angiocath or butterfly insertion, such as bruising at the injection site and bleeding,
  2. the conventional use of an anticoagulant such as heparin or the like as in bruising and bleeding,
  3. detox reactions including fever, muscle aches, and joint aches, photo-allergies, and a
  4. decrease in thrombolytic and coagulative levels in the blood, as noted in ozone literature.

Equipment Used in Therapy

The provider or clinic furnishes all necessary equipment and supplies for training sessions or educational activities at their own expense. The provider or clinic will indemnify and hold harmless MedMasters from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or condition of the provided equipment. By using the necessary equipment for the MedMasters training, you also confirm that you understand the medical literature and science as it applies to patients. You also assume the risk of qualifying any patient as a good candidate to receive trained therapies.
